🌸 International Women’s Day Reminder – Tomorrow! 🌸

Just a quick reminder that we’ll be meeting at the Fitzone Unit in Legahory at 9:30am tomorrow before heading over to South Lakes Leisure Centre to join Women’s Aid for the 10am walk in support of Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG).

🌦 It looks like there may be a small spot of rain, so please bring a coat or light rain jacket just in case.

After the walk we’ll return to Fitzone for:

🧘‍♀️ Relaxation session with Grainne – 11:30am

☕ Tea, a bite to eat and a good chat – 12:00pm

A lovely morning to celebrate and support the amazing women in our community 💜
