🕤 9.30am – Meet at Fitzone Unit
🚶♀️ Walk to South Lakes Leisure Centre to join Women’s Aid at 10am
🧘♀️ 11.30am – Relaxation session with Grainne (back at Fitzone)
☕ 12pm – Tea, eats & chat
