Fitzone Healthy Living Centre is hosting Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, with fully funded places available for people living or working in the Southern Trust area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build the skills and confidence to support positive mental health and wellbeing in your workplace, school, or community 🌱

📅 Dates: Tuesday 3rd, 10th, 24th & 31st March

⏰ Time: 6.30pm–9.30pm each evening

📍 Location: Fitzone, Legahory Centre, Craigavon (BT65 5BE)

⚠️ Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please ensure you can attend all 4 sessions.
