✅ Social media & comparison pressures
✅ Understanding body changes in teenage years
✅ Where to get support if you’re struggling
✅ Encouraging positive coping skills & confidence
This session is part of the wider AMH BodyTalk programme, delivered by trained facilitators with experience in youth wellbeing and eating disorder awareness.
